Founder and owner of MR Star Booth and Creation LLC and Miracle Ultrasound & Spa, providing event services and healthcare in Gainesville, Virginia.
MR Star Booth and Creation LLC specializes in photo booth rentals and event decoration services, including balloon decorations and backdrops. What is your Booking Deposit and cancellation policy?
A 50% nonrefundable booking deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due seven calendar days before the event. If you have paid in full and cancel in writing at least seven calendar days before the event, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total booking price. The remaining 50% is retained as your nonrefundable booking deposit. Cancellations made fewer than seven calendar days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
What type of events do you specialize in?
We specialize in a variety of events including concerts, parties, weddings, corporate promotions, and intimate gatherings. Our team is dedicated to creating memorable experiences through unique decorations and setups.
Do you offer custom decoration services?
Yes, we offer custom decoration services tailored to your specific event needs. Our team will work with you to create a unique and memorable setup.
Can I choose whether your logo appears on my prints?
Yes. You may choose to include or leave off the MR Star Booth logo. Please let us know your preference before approving your final photo template.
Can guests choose different photo layouts?
You’ll select and approve one photo layout before your event. This layout will be used for every photo booth session; guests cannot switch layouts during the event. Each session includes one printed 4×6 copy—not one copy per guest. You may also choose to include or leave off our logo.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle, credit or debit cards through Square, PayPal, Cash App, and Venmo. All payments are in USD. Full payment through Zelle is welcome. A 50% nonrefundable booking deposit is also available, with the remaining balance due seven calendar days before the event. Your invoice will clearly show all applicable taxes and any permitted payment fees before you pay.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by MR StarBooth and Creation LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services or using our website, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking.

- Luxury balloon installations and decorations
- Premium photo booth rentals and experiences

- Corporate event design and branding
- Custom event planning and coordination
Service Areas
- Primary service area: Gainesville, VA and surrounding areas
- Extended service available within 50 miles
- Travel fees apply $2 miles based on the total round trip distance from Gainesville, VA
- Special arrangements for destination events

- Overtime: $100/hour beyond contracted time
- Damage Fee: Cost of repair/replacement if applicable
Cancellation & Refund Policy

50% refund applies to bookings already paid in Full.

No refund – Payment forfeited
Important: All deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing. Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled without penalty subject to availability.
Client Responsibilities
Venue & Access
- Provide accurate venue information and contact details
- Ensure venue access for setup and breakdown
- Obtain necessary permits and venue approvals
- Provide adequate power supply and space requirement
Event Details
- Provide accurate guest count and event timeline
- Communicate any changes at least 48 hours in advance
- Ensure safe environment for equipment and staff
- Supervise guests’ interaction with rental equipment

Liability & Insurance
Limitation of Liability
MR StarBooth and Creation LLC carries general liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the total contract value. We are not responsible for:
- Damage to venue property not caused by our negligence
- Personal injury not directly caused by our equipment or staff
- Loss of personal items or valuables
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Events beyond our control (force majeure)
Equipment & Property
Equipment Care
- All equipment remains property of MR StarBooth
- Client responsible for reasonable care during event
- Report any damage immediately
- No modifications or alterations permitted
Damage Policy
- Normal wear and tear is expected
- Excessive damage will be charged at replacement cost
- Intentional damage may result in legal action
- Insurance claims may be filed for significant damage
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, pandemic restrictions, labor disputes, or other acts of God. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule services when possible.
Intellectual Property & Media
Photography & Marketing
By booking our services, you grant MR StarBooth permission to photograph/video the event setup and use images for marketing purposes, including but not limited to:
- Website portfolio and gallery
- Social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook)
- Print and digital advertising materials
- Industry publications and awards submissions
Note: We will not use images with identifiable guests without explicit permission.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Virginia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
Terms Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. For existing bookings, the Terms in effect at the time of booking shall apply.
