Agreement Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by MR StarBooth and Creation LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services or using our website, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking.
Our Services
Event Services
- Luxury balloon installations and decorations
- Premium photo booth rentals and experiences
- Bespoke teepee party setups
- Corporate event design and branding
- Custom event planning and coordination
Service Areas
- Primary service area: Gainesville, VA and surrounding areas
- Extended service available within 50 miles
- Travel fees apply beyond 25 miles from base location
- Special arrangements for destination events

Additional Fees
- Travel Fee: $25 beyond 25 miles from Gainesville, VA
- Setup Fee: Included in package pricing
- Overtime: $50/hour beyond contracted time
- Damage Fee: Cost of repair/replacement if applicable

Full refund minus 10% processing fee

50% refund of total contract value

Important: All deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing. Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled without penalty subject to availability.
Client Responsibilities
Venue & Access
- Provide accurate venue information and contact details
- Ensure venue access for setup and breakdown
- Obtain necessary permits and venue approvals
- Provide adequate power supply and space requirement
Event Details
- Provide accurate guest count and event timeline
- Communicate any changes at least 48 hours in advance
- Ensure safe environment for equipment and staff
- Supervise guests’ interaction with rental equipment

Liability & Insurance
Limitation of Liability
MR StarBooth and Creation LLC carries general liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the total contract value. We are not responsible for:
- Damage to venue property not caused by our negligence
- Personal injury not directly caused by our equipment or staff
- Loss of personal items or valuables
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Events beyond our control (force majeure)
Equipment & Property
Equipment Care
- All equipment remains property of MR StarBooth
- Client responsible for reasonable care during event
- Report any damage immediately
- No modifications or alterations permitted
Damage Policy
- Normal wear and tear is expected
- Excessive damage will be charged at replacement cost
- Intentional damage may result in legal action
- Insurance claims may be filed for significant damage
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, pandemic restrictions, labor disputes, or other acts of God. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule services when possible.
Intellectual Property & Media
Photography & Marketing
By booking our services, you grant MR StarBooth permission to photograph/video the event setup and use images for marketing purposes, including but not limited to:
- Website portfolio and gallery
- Social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook)
- Print and digital advertising materials
- Industry publications and awards submissions
Note: We will not use images with identifiable guests without explicit permission.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Virginia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
Terms Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. For existing bookings, the Terms in effect at the time of booking shall apply.
